By accessing or using the services provided by Softeverse ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Softeverse provides custom software development, mobile application development, web development, SaaS product development, Artificial Intelligence solutions, and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

The software, code, designs, and materials created during a project remain the intellectual property of Softeverse until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as defined in the specific project contract. Softeverse retains the right to reuse pre-existing open-source or proprietary components.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear communication required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

We respect your privacy and trade secrets. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.

Softeverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
